• Account information: name, email address, phone number, role, and language preference.
• Property & turnover data: property addresses, guest names, check-in/check-out dates, notes, checklist and inventory data entered by you or your team.
• Photos: before/after cleaning photos uploaded during a turnover.
• Calendar data: reservation details synced from Airbnb/VRBO iCal feeds, if you connect them.
• Usage information: basic log data such as timestamps of actions taken in the Service (e.g., when a cleaning session starts or a checklist item is completed).

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including scheduling, checklists, inventory tracking, and photo storage;
• To send account-related notifications, including the optional SMS text notifications described below and transactional emails;
• To respond to support requests and sign-up inquiries;
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the Service.

If you provide your mobile phone number and enable “Text Notifications” in your Profile settings, we use it solely to send you transactional SMS notifications about turnover scheduling changes at your properties, via our messaging provider, Twilio.

No mobile information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.All other categories of information sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information is not shared with any third party, except as necessary to deliver the messages themselves (i.e., with Twilio, acting as our service provider).

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOPto any message, or by turning off “Text Notifications” in your Profile settings. Message and data rates may apply.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under obligations consistent with this Policy:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (including uploaded photos);
• Twilio — delivery of opt-in SMS text notifications;
• Email delivery provider — for transactional emails such as sign-up inquiries.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of INBA DESIGNS LLC, our users, or others.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. We retain account and property data for as long as your account is active, and generally for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

• You can review and update your account information at any time from your Profile page.
• You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time (see Section 3).
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
