Terms and Conditions

GetNestClean helps short-term rental owners, cohosts, cleaner leads, and cleaners coordinate property turnovers, including scheduling, checklists, inventory tracking, photo documentation, and related notifications.

Accounts are created by property owners or by an administrator on their behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information, including a valid phone number if you choose to enable text notifications.

Paid plans and any applicable free trial period are described on our Pricing page or in your agreement with us. Fees are billed as agreed with our team and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your agreement. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is abusive, harassing, or infringes another person’s rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or to any part of the Service’s systems;
• Use the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized messages of any kind, including via the SMS notification feature described below.

GetNestClean offers an optional SMS text notification feature that alerts property owners and cleaner leads when a turnover is scheduled or removed at one of their properties. These are transactional, account-related notifications tied to your properties — not marketing messages.

Consent. SMS notifications are opt-in only. You enroll by entering your mobile phone number and enabling “Text Notifications” in your Profile settings. No mobile phone number is enrolled in text messaging without your affirmative action. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of using the core Service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on turnover activity at your properties and is not fixed or recurring on a schedule.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out. You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by disabling “Text Notifications” in your Profile settings. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us until you opt back in.

Help. For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at info@getnestclean.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Twilio, a third-party messaging platform, solely to transmit these notifications on our behalf; Twilio does not use your mobile information for any purpose other than to deliver these messages.

No mobile information collected as part of the SMS program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle your information.

You retain ownership of photos, notes, and other content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your team. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including hosting and database infrastructure, calendar sync (for iCal imports), and SMS delivery via Twilio. Your use of features that integrate with these providers is also subject to their respective terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms or for non-payment, with notice where reasonably practicable.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, INBA DESIGNS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any delay, non-delivery, or misdelivery of SMS notifications.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which INBA DESIGNS LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
